Where clients fetch new attack information. During an outage they keep protecting with the information they already hold, but receive nothing new until the service is back.
System status
Two things can be affected by an outage at our end. Protection on your devices is not one of them.
Customer panel
Licences, devices and logs. An outage here affects administration, not the protection.
The clients are autonomous
A client does not need to ask us before blocking something. It works from the information it holds locally and manages without contact for a while. No action is required from you during an outage.
